Medical massage therapy is an umbrella term that represents particular training and skills held by the therapist to manage pain and discomfort with certain pathologies. Our medical massage therapists’ special area of expertise is providing manual lymphatic drainage and post-op massage care to those who have undergone plastic, reconstructive, and orthopedic surgery.

Debbie is owner of Via Medical Massage. She provides over 16 years of massage experience and offers an expert touch on many health issues.

Debbie Dugan, LMT, CLT, PTA, and owner of Via Medical Massage, provides over 16 years of massage experience and offers an expert touch on many health issues. She has 15 years of oncology and post-op massage experience and specializes in medical massage and lymphatic drainage after plastic and orthopedic surgery. She is a Certified Lymphedema Therapist through the Norton School of Lymphatic Studies (2007), a Physical Therapist Assistant (2018), and a Society for Oncology Massage member.

She is also proficient in trigger point release and deep tissue modalities because of her extensive massage and physical therapy training. She can assist with various conditions, including sciatica, SI joint dysfunction, plantar fasciitis, piriformis syndrome, migraine, sinus congestion, carpal tunnel, tennis elbow, and many others.

Diane Gould, LMT, PTA, MLD-C

Diane has a passion for shoulder dysfunction and oncology, and will be furthering her studies to include manual techniques for breast cancer rehab.

Diane has been physical therapist assistant since 2006 specializing in orthopedic and skilled nursing rehab. Due to a desire to expand and focus on manual therapy techniques, she became a licensed massage therapist in 2021, and furthered her studies to become certified in manual lymph drainage in 2022. Diane has a passion for shoulder dysfunction and oncology, and will be furthering her studies to include manual techniques for breast cancer rehab. She has recently completed training for management of headaches and post-operative conditions.

Diane can assist with tension-related headaches, soft tissue injury, lymphedema, general edema, and sports/performance. She uses her orthopedic approach from her PTA training to apply a comprehensive soft-tissue management strategy. Diane also specializes in pregnancy & postpartum related pain and edema.

Becky Impens, LMT, CLT, CNA

Becky brings a passion for patient care through her extensive time at Madonna rehabilitation hospital and other assisted living facilities.

Becky Impens, LMT, CLT, CNA brings a passion for patient care through her extensive time at Madonna rehabilitation hospital and other assisted living facilities. She acquired her Associates in Applied Science degree at the Myotherapy Institute in Lincoln (2019) with a desire to combine her well-rounded medical experience with massage therapy. She has a special interest in pediatric oncology which led her to become a Certified Lymphedema Therapist through the Academy of Lymphatic Studies (2022). She specializes in manual lymphatic drainage for primary and secondary lymphedema, medical massage, and pediatric massage.

She is proficient in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Cupping, Post-Op Massage and Complete Decongestive Therapy. She can assist with chronic pain and dysfunction, migraines, tmj, sciatica, limited ROM, swelling, joint pain, and many others.

Kelly Kloepping, LMT, CLT, PTA

Kelly has 15 years experience as a physical therapist assistant, with 10 years of experience in women's health, oncology, and lymphedema.

Kelly brings 15 years experience as a physical therapist assistant, with 10 years of experience in women’s health, oncology, and lymphedema. She has only recently become a licensed massage therapist, however her strong background in orthopedics and lymphatics has given her an incredible advantage in soft-tissue modalities. She incorporates muscle energy techniques, stretching, ART and trigger point release to aid in chronic pain and acute pain. She has a passion for women’s health and breast cancer, and loves to work with pelvic and lower extremity pain during pregnancy and postpartum. She feels passionate about empowering clients to take charge in their health journey by teaching them ways to improve and prevent their pain through stretches and exercises that can be performed at home.

Kelly is proficient in post-op edema management, scar tissue mobilization, deep tissue & trigger point, prenatal & postpartum pain, breast cancer-related edema/shoulder dysfunction, and interventions for mid to high level athletes.
