Students will revisit the kinesiology of the side body, and learn trigger point holds, muscle energy techniques, and stretches specific to this region. Proper draping and positioning will be demonstrated. Muscles discussed and treated will include: masseter, pec minor, subscapularis, upper traps, rhomboids, serratus anterior, intercostals, diaphragm, iliopsoas, quadratus lumborum, glutes, piriformis, tensor fasciae latae, hamstrings, tibialis anterior, and peroneals.
